I. General provisions
1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”) is prepared under the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Principles and Guarantees of Freedom of Information” and “On Informatization” and sets out the position of the “G-Shop” enterprise (the “Enterprise”) on processing and protecting personal data. 1.2. The Policy applies to all information the Enterprise may receive about users of gshop.uz.

4.1. Data is passed to delivery services and payment providers only as far as the order requires. 4.2. Otherwise only on a demand the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan provides for.

5.1. The Enterprise takes organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful access. 5.2. Data is kept no longer than its purposes require.

6.1. You may learn which of your data is processed, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent, by contacting us through the details on the site.
VII. Changes to this policy
7.1. The Enterprise may change the Policy. A new version applies from its publication on this page.
